Reports claim that Wolves players want the club to sign Raul Jimenez on a permanent basis in the January transfer window.
Jimenez, 27, penned a season-long loan deal at Molineux from Portuguese club Benfica and has started 15 of the club’s 16 Premier League games this term.
He has netted just four top-flight goals but it is the Mexico international’s general work-rate and hold-up play that has won over his team-mates.

It has been suggested by the Mirror that manager Nuno Espirito Santo wants a permanent deal sorted for the former Atletico Madrid man – either next month or in the summer.
However it seems likely that the West Midlanders will also try to recruit another hitman in the new year as goals have been hard to come by and Divock Origi’s name has again been mentioned as another possible target, even though rejected the chance to move to Molineux in the summer.
It has been claimed that Liverpool turned down a bid from Turkish giants Galatasaray too, as they want the 23-year-old Belgium striker to remain in England.
That would boost Wolves’ hopes of landing him while the Liverpool Echo recently reported that Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is open to selling the player in January.Copyright © 2020 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
