Former Nigerian midfielder, Austine Okocha has advised the Super Eagles to remain focused and ensure they do the needful in order to pick the maximum point against Benin and Lesotho in the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The three-time AFCON champions will face the Squirrels of Benin on March 22 before hosting the Crocodile of Lesotho on March 30.
Nigeria are top of Group L on eight points while Benin sit second on seven points and Lesotho have 2 points.
A win for the Super Eagles against the Squirrels could all but seal qualification to the bi-annual tournament in Cameroon.
However, Okocha warned the team not to be complacent but to take the game straight to their opponent.
“Well, no game is easy these days, we have beaten them by 4-2 in the past doesn’t mean that it will be easy this time around, we are the only ones that can make it easy for ourselves by being professional and putting in the required concentration.
“We should just stay focused and make sure that we do what we need to do to get the points that are needed.”
