the problem with Nigerian teams is that 1. we make so much noise of taking on any team 2. our local coaches are lagging behind in the tactical approach in football. 3. we pray more than we need to. we shold be more professional and technical in football. 4. our league is the biggest problem here. there is no value in it. from the pitches to security to quality pay or professionalism. there is nothing in the leauge. plele said you win the world cup 4 years before it started. so long term planning is the foundation of our football pyramid. intrestingly the NFF just had a congress. did they invite public contribution via mail. did they invite journalist, did the invite countries like South Africa PSL to consult for us how to make our football viable. so you see this cycle of by chance winning is going to be with us for a long time as against sustainable one

Errors, errors and more errors cost you guys the game! Where you know you are not a high scoring side, it is only very crucial you minimize or zerorize errors to force your games into shootouts. Demehin, you contributed to our ouster with two blunders of defending via poor clearance. And i am still wondering how a high scoring side during the qualifiers struggled to score goals in the tournament proper. You do not win tournaments when you struggle to score goals! This is a below par performance considering the quality your team exhibited during the African qualifiers. I can only pardon you guys because of the shambolic preparation given to you by the NFF despite their loud mouth of ensuring adequate preparation for you guys.
