Madagascar midfielder Rayan Raveloson has said he and his teammates are not scared of the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
The Super Eagles will host Madagascar on matchday One of the 2027 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Uyo on Friday, September 25.
The Bareas will go into the contest as underdogs against the star-studded Super Eagles side that will parade the likes of Alex Iwobi, Calvin Bassey, Ola Aina, Akor Adams, Ademola Lookman and Samuel Chukwueze.
Despite the fact that Madagascar will be up against one of Africa’s best sides, Raveloson stated that it is just a game of football.

“It’s football, they are humans like us so we are not scared,” the Amedspor midfielder told journalists at the Uyo airport after his team’s arrival.
Meanwhile, the number of Super Eagles players in camp is now 23, following the arrival of captain Wilfred Ndidi, Samuel Chukwueze and Stanley Nwabali.
