Enyimba have congratulated their goalkeeper Olorunleke Ojo for making the Super Eagles’ final 25-man squad for next year’s AFCON in Côte d’Ivoire.
Ojo is one of three goalkeepers selected by head coach Jose Peseiro for the tournament.
The other two goalkeepers are Francis Uzoho of Omonia Nicosia and Chippa United’s Stanley Nwabali.

Ojo is expected to fly out to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with his Eagles teammates for training camp.
The Eagles will face Côte d’Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea and Guinea-Bissau in Group A at next year’s AFCON.

There is no way Anyasi will be in the NFF and an Enyimba player wouldn’t make the national team if at all an homebased player will be picked.
Ardent followers of the league know that Ojo is not the best GK in the league.
As a matter of fact, he hasn’t been the best NPFL gk in the last 5 seasons.
