Aina Set For Leeds United Move

Leeds United have established contact with Serie A club Torino over a move for defender Ola Aina, reports Completesports.com.

Aina is expected to leave Torino this summer after falling out of favour with manager Ivan Juric.

The 25-year-old rarely featured for the club after returning from international duty with Nigeria in February.

The versatile defender has been linked with a move to a number of Premier League clubs but Leeds United now appears to be ahead of the race at the moment.

The Yorkshire club, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, have signalled their intentions by holding talks with Aina’s representatives in the last few hours.

Leeds United will need to pay at least £4m to secure Aina’s signature.

Aina who made 23 league appearances for Torino last season has a year left on his contract.

The Nigeria international linked up with Torino on a permanent deal from Chelsea in 2019 after previously spending time on loan at the club.

Aina the agile hyena. You did well to pick Nigeria instead of the Imperialist England. We already pray you move back to England to play for Leeds. You will help Nigeria win the Nations Cup next year. Heaven bless Aina and all deserving Super Eagles players. Lolzzzz. Za Zip! Za Zip! Za Zip!
