Nigerian forward Junior Ajayi has won Egyptian club, Al Ahly’s goal of the month award for September, reports Completesports.com.
His first goal in Al Ahly’s 3-2 win against rivals, Zamalek in their Super Cup clash on September 20 was adjudged by the club as the best for the month.
Ajayi bagged a brace in the encounter played at the Borg El Arab Stadium.
The 23-year-old has scored two goals in three league appearances for Al Ahly this season.
Injury limited his appearance for the Egyptian champions last season when he scored four goals in 15 appearances for the club.
