ly looking forward to getting to know the team.”

  • I like your African spirit young man. I am very sure you will go places more than you will with the German National team. There are potentials with the Super Eagle of Nigeria that you will win the African Nations cup that Germany may not win during your time,go to the confederation and world cup. I want to remonstrate you to further work on other Nigerians that are based in Germany to switch allegiance to their fatherland. You will not regret this my brother because yiu will definitely fly like Eagle with the Super Eagles of Nigeria

Good Kevin Akpoguma God will bless you for not forgetting your fatherland unlike some others. This is the beginning of new height and success for you. keep up the good work.

  • Wow Godbless you more for this show of loyalty to your fathers land, mark my world your will never regret pledging to naija,we are coming

  • Gattuso 4 years ago

    Wow wow wow!!!

This verily is heart warming. He even came without any official invitation.

This man completely melted my heart. Even many Nigerians will naturally fall for him, if not already.

If by the time he gets his Nigerian Passport ready and properly invited, if he would put up exhilarating performances, commitment, giant strides with consistency, he will not take long before he becomes the Team’s Captain. Even many Super Eagles’ Fans can go to sleep with the assurance that the defence is secured already.

What a great personality he would be!

Yeah, that’s the spirit. The eagles is for big boys and brothers not for small boys who shout for twitter, jumping upandan like monkeys and later get residence permit for bench with their heads getting smaller and smaller everyday. We don’t need people who don’t value us. Akpoguma is a big boy and it is a very big plus to have someone like him in the family. What a wonderful brand the eagles have become under rohr. It can only get better.

The more the merrier. Joining the Eagles will boost your confidence and increase respectability in your team bcos Super Eagles is not a minow in world football. Welcome home and best of luck.

All lies, he realized there was no one to displace in the German national team. Took the backway to join the eagles. God knows how much he must have doled out to join the eagles. The Germans are busy grooming there youths and improving there system, but we no we will not develop ours and local players are rotting away

      • You may be wrong. He was the captain of the Under 20 team at the world cup and has been playing well. It is all about interest; there are still those who would rather wait until the Oyibo country calls them.Even the body language shows his love for the Super Eagles. We love you, Kevin.

After bribing there way into the national team. Now they have mouth to say Nigeria is where there heart is. When you realized there is no one to displace in the German team, you decided to come through the backyard into the super eagles. DIA ris god oooooooo.

  • No matter his reasons for joining Nigeria, he is still a valuable player that will add quality to the team.
He is welcome and I hope he has a successful time with the Super eagles.
May more quality players with dual nationality follow you.

Be calming down. He still needs to get a Nigerian passport.

  • Footballfanatic 4 years ago

All these peoplwnpraising him don’t realize that the NFF has been chasing him since like 5 years ago. Age is not on his side and seeing how strong the German national team hence the quick decision.

    • Stop going backwards…his already there to meet others. All those stories about not getting call ups to German team are in the past now.
Tobias Lawal(a goal keeper from Austria) is also in the camp.

Oga how old is he biko that age is catching up on him? we like holding back to things in this country, do you think it is easy leaving a system you have known all your life.this guy is not even up to 26,he was German youth captain so naturally it will be ideal to continue in that set up.if you are in his position you will do the same.the in thing is that we now have a very good defender in our ranks, probably if you have watched him play, your comment would have been of a congratulatory and not holding back.Akpoguma is here to stay, let us give him the much needed support, that is our quota to the team..But if you feel he doesn’t need to be invited based on this past resentment to SE,my brother court dey,and lawyers plenty.

Look at the way Nigerians are celebrating Tokunbo, the fearly used player that Germany couldn’t recognized. Kai lolz.

This Akpoguma was fumbling around when he was really in form but now that age is not on his side, he opted for a team that has no choice rather than begging players around the world to come and play for Super Eagles that has Gold at home but failing to develop their resources. What a shame. Bad market.

Only in Nigeria we love to celebrate average achievements but for me, mba, abeg, count me out.

That is why I have been working so hard to satisfy you people and scouting for more quality players. Still you haven’t satisfied.

Instead of you people to appreciate my effort but always complaining that omo9ja is this omo9ja is that, kilodeeeeee. Ahhhh, bia, if Super Eagles failed to get the very best of themselves in both friendlies chai, I’m not going to take it easy with them.

So, if Saka decided to make a U turn tomorrow and play for Nigeria, how would you feel my people? I’m pretty sure that you people would kill a cow to celebrate him chai, Africans, I hail you o. Hmmm…. customer da a da ni lolz.

Therefore, make it known to your NFF to go back to the grass roots and develop raw talents period. Young talented players are out there now waiting for them. It is never too late to do so. I hope I’m communicating ba? If so, ire o. God bless Nigeria!!!

If you are in his shoes will you do diffidently? You need to leave emotions aside in judging issues it will help you..that is my morals for you this morning… Calling him tokumbo tells a lot about your person..you criticize but most of your criticism are Base less and emotionally cooked.if you are not happy, organise a protest or you sue NFF..yeye dey smell
