Almeria wrote on their official website: “Umar Sadiq’s fancy footwork will strengthen Almería’s attack. The 23-years-old moves from FK Partizan Belgrade on a five-year deal.
“Last season, he signed for FK Partizan Belgrade, where he really excelled thanks to his fancy footwork. In point of fact, he scored a total of 23 goals in 52 games, in addition to providing 19 assists.
“Despite his great height, he is a talented, skilled centre-forward. He is fast and always maintains fluidity in his game.
“He is a great one for playing out from the back to keep possession and lean on his team-mates. Hence, in addition to scoring goals, his effective assists stats are still remarkable to this very day.”
