Tolu Arokodare reckoned he needs to put in more work to get recognised at the international level.
Arokodare has been in fantastic form for Belgian Pro League leaders KRC Genk this season.
The 23-year-old has registered seven goals in 11 league appearances for the Smurfs this term.

Despite his impressive displays for Genk, he was overlooked by Super Eagles interim head coach Austine Eguavoen for the side’s 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Libya.
The forward however insisted that he will continue working hard to get a call-up to the team.
“For the national team, I know that I have to play in a major competition in the long term. If a Nigerian striker scores three times in the Premier League or the Bundesliga, I know that I have to score at least eight times to have a chance of being called up,” he told De Standaard.
“It would be great to wear the shirt of my country. If the national coach does not call me up, I still have a club to focus on.”
