Arsenal made it two wins from two at the start of this Premier League season with a 2-1 victory against Burnley at the Emirates Stadium.
Burnley had never picked up a Premier League point against the Gunners and it was business as usual when Alexandre Lacazette put the hosts ahead early on in the first half.
Ashley Barnes levelled matters before the interval, before Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang continued his impressive goalscoring record against the Clarets as he put Arsenal back in front midway through the second half.
Burnley pressed for a late equaliser but Arsenal held firm to secure the maximum points.

Arsenal enjoyed the lion’s share of early possession and went close in the 10th minute when Matt Lowton deflected a corner across his own area and Luiz just failed to connect from close range.
Two minutes later Lacazette forced a smart save from Nick Pope when he tipped over his 12-yard header from 12 yards, but the Frenchman was not to be denied as he fired the Gunners ahead a minute later.
He picked up possession at the near post with his back to goal and managed to turn sharply before converting with his swinging leg as he was falling to the ground.
Burnley looked for an immediate response but Chris Wood dragged a shot wide from inside the area, before Bernd Leno saved well from a Barnes header not knowing he was offside.
The Clarets were well in the contest, although they did endure some hairy moments when Pope made a mess of saving a Joe Willock effort and Ben Mee was on hand to clear the danger, before the shot-stopper saved well with his legs to deny Matteo Guendouzi in the 42nd minute.
That stop proved vital as Burnley equalised a minute later when a wayward strike from Dwight McNeil dropped kindly for Barnes in the area and he took a touch before beating Leno from close range.
Arsenal thought they had snatched the lead again just before the break, but the video assistant referee (VAR) ruled out Reiss Nelson’s effort because Nacho Monreal was offside in the build-up.
The Gunners’ record signing Nicolas Pepe was introduced at the interval as hosts made a bright start to the second half with Aubameyang going close on two occasions.
However, he made it third time lucky on 64 minutes when he was played in by Ceballos and cut inside before delivering a clinical low finish from just outside of the area.
Arsenal broke away and almost put the icing on the cake in the 90th minute but Pope stuck out a glove to turn a powerful strike from Lucas Torreira effort wide of his goal.
