Awaziem Relishes Leganes’ ‘Well Deserved Win’ Vs Valencia In Relegation Fight

Super Eagles central defender, Chidozie Awaziem has hailed his club, CD Leganes for beating Valencia CF in a Spanish Laliga encounter as Los Pepineros [The Cucumber Growers] maintained their survival hopes, Completesports.com reports.

Awaziem produced yet another wonderful display in the colours of Leganes as they earned a vital 1-0 win over Valencia on Sunday to boost their chances of escaping relegation.

With compatriot, Kenneth Omeruo now likely to miss the rest of the season, Awaziem lined up in a compact five-man defence as the hosts extended their unbeaten run to three games.

After a cagey opening game, Leganes were awarded a great chance to take the lead via the penalty spot and captain Ruben Perez stepped up to convert the only goal of the match.

Sports have resumed world wide, CS should tell us what’s happening to people like Raymond our 100m runner how far is he coming back? They should break more news about our falcons coaching decisions, tell us what’s happening to Alampasu, tell us what’s happening to Musa Muhammad, give us news of Segun, wisdom Ugbani of our u17 before we forget them, give us updates, sports in Nigeria is bigger than what you are feeding us at the moment!

You guys are gradually becoming copy and paste only. Mumuni is now becoming unserious with his hussle, maybe it’s time for a foreign media company to come into the country and take the mantle of them, because all the local agencies are unserious as well.
