Taiwo Awoniyi featured as a substitute in Nottingham Forest’s 3-2 defeat to Manchester United at the Old Trafford on Sunday.
Awoniyi replaced Chris Wood 20 minutes from time.
It was the Nigeria international’s 16th league appearance of the season for the Tricky Trees.
The striker has registered four goals, and one assist.
Luke Shaw gave United the lead after five minutes, while Morato restored parity for the visitors eight minutes after the break.
United regained the lead two minutes later through Matheus Cunha.
Cameroon international Bryan Mbeumo doubled the home team’s lead in the 76th minute.
Morgan Gibbs-White reduced the deficit for Forest two minutes later.
