Tolu Arokodare was on target for Genk who lost 3-1 to OH Leuven in their second league game in the Belgian Jupiler on Saturday.
Arokodare was set up by his Nigerian teammate Yira Sor in the league defeat.
With Genk 2-0 down, Sor set up Arokodare to pull a goal back for Genk to make it 2-1 in the 62nd minute.
Genk are now winless in their opening two games in the Belgian topflight and are currently in 13th place on one point in the 16-team league.
In the 2023/24 league season, Arokodare scored 12 goals in 40 appearances for Genk.
