    Good one from Longinus Onuachugoals. He is now adding more physicality to his game. Thumbs up Dessers also. This Dessers lad has goals in him, not a pinch of doubt about it. Coming in within 8 minutes to end of game and scoring, shows he knows his way to goals. He done same severally. We must not lose him. As for Onuachu, he must change his mindset from getting supplies from other players before applying himself to perform for eagles, he must come in and be ready to bring war to opposing defenders when playing for the national team. With this mindset, he will surely score goals or atleast make it easy for others in the SE to score. Congratulations to both Longinus Onuachugoals and Dessers.

    ONUACHU!!!Congrats to Nigeria’s Gentle Giant. A great back-up to OSIMHEN. Some coaches could play both. Westerhof sometimes partnered Yekini with Siasia

  • Good one for both onuachu and desser. Paul has a head start and looks set to becoming the top striker in Belgium. Its obvious that the coach and team have devised a formation and game plan that plays to paul’s strength and he is taking full advantage of it.
    I still maintain that the Super Eagles cannot and shouldn’t be a rigid team.
    Yes, the team has a style of play but what happens when that style fails do we fold our hands and accept defeat? No, we need to be able to adapt and evolve and requires using the strengths of our players. If our first team striker is injured and we dont have any other player who plays like him, what do we do? If playing onuachu means we have to bench chukwueze and kalu and bring in wingers who can cross the ball, then we have to do it if it will bring the team more goals and wins.
    Coach Rohr consider all this.

    Having heard about so many goals scored by paul Onuachu for Racing Genk and a paltey one goal for Nigeria I decided to undertake a youtube research to find out why onuachu cannot replicate same for Eagles. My finding as are follows;
    (1) Onuachu is very good in the air and has scored over 65% of goals with his head.
    (2} Onuachu is a team player. He scores most goals from assists of team wingers.
    (3) Onuachu is very strong on the ball.can dribble defenders very well and score especially inside the box.
    {4} He can strike shots from both feets; left and right.
    CONCLUSION
    Onuachu is a very good striker comparable to rachidi Yekini but he needs wingers like Finidi George and Amunike to excel in Eagles.
    Osimen is not better than the onuachu i have just watch.Rohr is a clog in the progress wheel of super Eagles. His style of play is in sharp constrast to Onuachu’s. Super Eagles must sacrifice Chukueze and Kalu and bring in good modern wingers or wing backs for onuachu and even Oshimen to score more goals

    • Finidi George and Amunike to partner him will still fail. The issue here is that, Con man, Rohr doesn’t know how to use him. Period.

  • Whats the use having a giant in your team (SUPER EAGLES) and not take advantage of his height?

    If osimhem plays in that Genk team Paul will see bench ASAP. Stop comparing P and O, Mr P doesn’t have Mr O ball play and pedigree. If dessers is given more playing time in that team Mr P will be exposed. He is lucky because the coach doesn’t want him to stress, so he ask everyone to play the ball to onachu. Modern football doesn’t need lazy strikers.

      What I like about your submission is that you are consistent. Some hypocrites will spend all their lives clamoring for Paul Onuachu to be excluded from the national team because they believe he is not a national team material. But when he shuts them up with sterling performances in the league, they come here and start praising him to kingdom come. They come here and start giving advice to a footballer who is excelling in a career that these armchair coaches failed in woefully. Their selfishness will always be evident in their write-ups no matter how hard they try to disguise these. Their evil motives and connivance with their agent-friends will soon be exposed. They will say they never talk ill of players yet they keep clamouring for a striker to be excluded from Super Eagles invitations, such wicked motives should be called out for what it is. Selfishness and ulterior motives trail their every moves. We will flush them out from the gutter where they reside. They were comparing Onuachu to Onwubukuri not that long ago, saying some strikers will never be national team material. Now that he is the highest goals scorer in Europe, they creep out of their disgusting cave to offer advice. Such two-facedness only serves to reveal shameful motives and disingenuous behaviour. We should stand firm to our beliefs and not shift left and right like a thief waiting for the right time to snatch a purse from an unsuspecting old lady.

  • You are on point my brother, they should study how Yekini and Siasia played together in their days. It takes coach’s ingenuity to utilise the strength of his players.Ride on the gentle giant.

  • Has anybody observed that our Eagles have ceased to fly with wings, many times poor crosses has been the Hallmark of this team. Just my observation. We
