Turkish Super Lig outfit Besiktas are tracking Super Eagles forward Paul Onuachu, reports Completesports.com.
According to Turkish news outlet, Fotomac, Besiktas new manager Valerin Ismael has identified Onuachu as the man to lead his team’s attack.
The Nigerian international was tipped to leave Belgian Pro League outfit, Genk last summer after an impressive campaign.

The 28-year-old scored 33 goals in 38 league appearances for the Smurfs during the 2020/21 campaign.
The striker netted 23 goals and recorded three assists in 43 appearances last season.
Onuachu has been linked with several top European clubs including Atletico Madrid, Lazio and Fiorentina.
He linked up with Genk from Danish Superliga outfit FC Midtylland in 2019.

Besiktas? How come Nigerian players only go to poor leagues? Onuachu needs to go to Barcelona, Real Madrid, Manchester City or Juventus. He scored too many goals in Belgium. He is world class.

I think and worry about this a lot as well my brother. Onuachu was the highest goal scorer is Europe two seasons ago and among the top five last season yet no big club is talking about buying him. It’s easy to note that the skin colour is the problem. Imagine how Man united, Arsenal and other big clubs are running away from paying Osihmens release clause because of same reason. Without trying to hype this guy it’s easy to see that Osihem is the most versatile and feared sticker in the world today. If he had a white skin manu will have paid more than the 150million Napoli is demanding to land him.
paul should head to a top5 league at best…..France Italy Germany Spain and England……A modest team in those league will give him a better stage to prove to the big clubs that he can do what he did in Belgium anywhere he wants…….If he scores 15+ goals in any of the top 5 leagues then he will be counted among the most deadly strikers in Europe.
