Boniface: I Won’t Leave Bayer Leverkusen This Summer

Bayer Leverkusen has said he remain committed to Bayer Leverkusen and won’t be leaving the newly crowned Bundesliga champions at the end of the season.

Boniface linked up with Die Werkself from Belgian Pro League outfit Union St Gilloise last summer.

The 23-year-old has enjoyed a productive campaign with Xabi Alonso’s side despite missing out for around three months due to an adductor injury.

The forward has caught the attention of a number of top clubs around Europe.

Boniface has been linked with a summer exit from the the BayArena.

He however said he is not thinking of leaving Bayer Leverkusen at the moment.

“My current focus is solely on Leverkusen, striving to aid the team in achieving further milestones. It will undoubtedly stand as one of my proudest moments ever,” Boniface affirmed to AFP.
