As reported by Sky Sports, the Blues formally made the three-year contract offer to Willian. However, the report also said that it was way short of the terms offered to Willian by Barca and Inter Miami.
With all attention now on Willian whether he will sign the deal or not, the Brazilian was quoted last month saying he would immediately sign once a three-year is given to him.
Willian said:
“This is what I asked the club for, three years of contract. If you give me that, I’ll get the pen and sign the contract tomorrow.”
Before Chelsea reported a recent offer, the Blues initially offered the winger only a two-year contract. That led to speculations of a potential exit by the Brazilian with multiples teams linked with his signature. Aside from Barcelona and Inter Miami, there was also reported interest from Arsenal and Manchester United, per gooner news.

Willian’s wish for a three-year deal is well understood. According to www.johnnykash.com, At his age, he’s making sure he secure his financial future. He knows that this could be the last chance he can get a huge contract and wants to make the most out of it. Prior to his current injury, he was in brilliant red-hot form. He made 47 appearances across all outings for the Blues. He ends the season with four goals to his name.
Willian failed to make the Blues’ lineup in their FA Cup final loss to Arsenal at the Wembley and remains questionable for the Blues in their Champions League clash against Bayern Munich this weekend. However, looking at the Blues squad ahead, it’s safe to say that Willian is a vital piece to Frank Lampard’s plans.

Chelsea also has plans to address their defensive struggles this summer and need to sell some players to do. The west London club already spent big for the signing of Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech and need the right budget to take in the right players.
According to the reports, among the names still on Lampard’s list include Kai Havertz. However, no formal offers have been made for the Germany international, but Petr Cech is set to fly to Germany this week and meet with club representatives. Bayer Leverkusen is seeking roughly $88 million high roller online casinos for the German midfielder.
Elsewhere, Football Insider reports that Chelsea are making progress in their bid to sign Ben Chilwell from Leicester City this summer. The Blues boss Frank Lampard has identified the England international as his top left-back target in the coming window, and the deal could well be concluded.
Per the report, they are hopeful of securing Chilwell’s signing for a fee of £50 million.

I am so happy that William got his three-year deal from Chelsea.
Chelsea would have made a colossal mistake for letting William leave. Chelsea made similar mistakes in the past & it didn’t work well for the club. Signing new players doesn’t mean discarding the old experienced onnes.
