Paderborn have now drawn their last two league games and are winless in their last six games (four defeats, two draws).

They remain bottom on 18 points in the 18-team Bundesliga table.

At the Volkswagen Arena, Borussia Dortmund beat Wolfsburg 2-0 thanks to goals from Raphael Guerreiro and Achraf Hakimi.

Guerreiro bagged a brace in Dortmund’s 4-0 win against city rivals Schalke 04 last weekend, when the Bundesliga returned after it was suspended due to the outbreak of the coronavirus.

Dortmund went 1-0 ahead in the 32nd minute and with 12 minutes remaining in the game Hakimi scored to secure the points.

In the 80th minute Wolfsburg were reduced to 10 men following Felix Klaus’ sending off after receiving a straight red card

The win took Dortmund to 57 points and are just a point behind leaders Bayern Munich, who will welcome Eintracht Frankfurt to the Allianz Arena later on Saturday.

And in other results Bayer Leverkusen defeated Borussia Mönchengladbach 3-1 away while Werder Bremen pipped Freiburg 1-0 away.

Bundesliga results:
