Super Eagles striker Terem Moffi was in action as Hamburg lost 2-0 to Borussia Dortmund in Saturday’s Bundesliga game.
The Nigerian international, who recently joined Hamburg from French Ligue 1 side OGC Nice, was handed the number nine jersey at his new club.
On his debut appearance, Moffi came on as a second-half substitute for Patson Daka in the 67th minute of the game.
However, he failed to test the Dortmund goalkeeper Gregor Kobel, all thanks to the host’s defensive solidity.
The host started the game like a house on fire as Serhou Guirassy netted the opening goal in the 9th minute to the delight of the home supporters.
Before Konstantelias added the second goal in the additional time of the first half to seal the maximum three points for Borussia Dortmund.
