  • Why is Africa can’t be their own man? Must we copy everything the stupid Europeans does? There is no widespread of Corona virus in Africa, but as usual we must copy the Europeans, shame. #WEAKLINGS

    • @Tola,
On the contrary i think this is wisdom and not weakness. Life above any other interest bro, football inclusive. Avoiding unnecessary and unimportant travels and gatherings be it in Africa, Asia, Europe, North/South America at this point in time is not out of place.

@Tola, one thing a wise man does is learn from the consequences of the actions of others.  It is not about copying what the europeans are doing but about being smart and proactive.  The truth is if all these european countries had been proactive and closed their borders or banned public gatherings much earlier, they could have prevented the rapid spread of the virus.

We live in a world were no country is isolated any longer.  What is happening in asia, europe or america will inevitably affect africa sooner or later.  The wisest thing to do is take precautionary measures and in a timely fashion.

Nigerian government needs to take action and do the same because once it comes into our country, it is going to spread unchecked.
