Celtic are in advanced talks to sign 18-year-old Chelsea defender Landon Emenalo on a season-long loan.
The teenager visited Glasgow to tour Celtic’s training ground on Wednesday as the club looks to add defensive cover.

Recall that Emenalo is a highly rated prospect and the son of former Chelsea technical director Michael Emenalo.
He is seen as an important addition at Celtic because of a lack of cover for left-back Kieran Tierney.
However, the Herald report that the Premiership champions have made a move for the 18-year-old as they look to loan in back-up for the Scotland international.
But he conceded last month that he needs more minutes, telling club media during the summer training camp: “I hope I can make my mark on the first team and leave a good impression.

“Then, for the season in general, I think I need to be playing in a professional environment because I think I have played enough youth football for a lifetime.”
Emenalo is set to be the fourth new face in Martin O’Neill’s squad this summer, while the Chelsea teenager will be the first loan signing they have made and also the first defensive addition.
