The home-based Super Eagles have concluded the second phase of their camping exercise for the upcoming 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
All 35 players have been released to return to their respective Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) clubs for this weekend’s matches.
The team will reconvene next week to continue their preparations for the clash with the Black Galaxies.

The home-Eagles started preparation for the game last week.
Assistant coach Daniel Ogunmodede, expressed satisfaction with the team’s progress, emphasizing the importance of the NPFL matches in maintaining the players fitness and match sharpness.
“The players will benefit from game time with their clubs, and we’ll regroup stronger next week,” he said.
