Nigeria U-23 international Dennis Blessed has dedicated his goal in Club Brugge’s 3-2 away win against Anderlecht to his parents, Completesports.com reports.

Dennis doubled Club Brugge’s lead in the 34th minute – five minutes after Wesley Moraes scored the opening goal for the Jupiler League champions.

The 21-year-old former Zorya Luhansk prodigy finished off a fine assist from Hans Vanaken. He was yellow-carded five minutes later.

The goal ended Dennis’ eight-game goal drought for Club Brugge. His last strike was against Royal Antwerp during the regular Belgian season.

Dennis was replaced by a Nigerian-born Dutch international Arnaut Danjuma Groeneveld in the 74th minute of the encounter.
