Beveren Back Olatunji To Make Impact
SK Beveren General Manager Sports Bob Peeters believes Olatunji possesses the qualities needed to strengthen the club’s attack.
“Victor brings a number of qualities we wanted to add to our attack. At 1m93, he is physically strong, but he pairs that presence primarily with speed and explosiveness,” Peeters told the club’s official website.
“He constantly looks to exploit the space behind the defence, gets into the box a lot, and has proven throughout his career that he can score goals.
“Even without the ball, he fits what we expect from our forwards. He puts in a lot of work, presses the opponent with intensity, and takes his responsibility as the first line of defence in doing so.
“In our conversations, we also got to know Victor as a warm personality who comes to Beveren with a clear mission.
“With his arrival, our squad is complete, and we are convinced that we have given the coaching staff the tools they need to achieve our objectives.”
