Sociedad is a decent and competitive Spanish mid table club with lots of European football experience. It’s an excellent move for Sadiq, he would continue his development there.
Good-Luck Sadiq though I think you were doing well with Almeria, you started the season so well and your former team were holding there own against the best in Spain.
I think better remuneration and the fact real sociedad is a constant feature in laliga may have played a part.
I hope you will be given the same preferences you had in your former club and the officials having patient with you as you look to gel with your new teammates.
Hopefully, everything works out well for you,we shall always support you just like every other Nigerian footballer.
All the best man.
The chase finally came to an end. Thank sadiq has been caught finally. Good career upgrade. Glory to God. Congrats and big hugs to Sadie and all deserving SE fans
Excellent move!….sodiq you have made my day…. anyone critical of this move is ignorant of European football…… you want him to just move from a lowly club (who just concluded a campaign in Division2 and most likely returning to Division2) to real Madrid????…..A top5 steady club is a very excellent club for him to establish himself and become their main striker then he can think of a champions league contender…..If all SE players can be playing in top5 leagues steadily then within 3 years we will have 7 player in the champions league semi finals…….instead of bad mouthing this move please focus your energy on SE players hiding in Mushroom leagues and division 2 leagues……haba
Congrats to you Sadiq…good move in my opinion
Very good move!
We now have a player that can compete with oshimen for super eagles no9 shirt. The fact they can play together is another positive..
Oshimen ,sadiq and moffi are the Best strikers we have at the moment and should be invited for our next friendly game to give them more time to gel.. The rest should up their game. Desser , okereke, awoniyi etc should be left out of the squad so they can concentrate on their club football..
Good luck , set LA liga on fire!
Okereke is up there with the rest
Very good Career development club. Very competitive club.
