Burnley boss Sean Dyche says there is ‘a chance’ the club may add to their ranks before the transfer deadline on Thursday night.
Dyche, like the rest of the Premier League managers, says adding recruits during January is always difficult with so much else going on and clubs not willing to sell but after a succession of injuries this season he may try to strengthen.
He told the Lancashire Telegraph: “I don’t expect anything. “There’s a chance but I don’t expect it. We’ve got close to so many things down the years so I only expect anything to happen once the paperwork is signed.”
Everton’s Yannick Bolasie was a target in the summer and has been linked again as his chances at Goodison Park are slim and Birmingham City forward Che Adams is also one who has been mentioned.
