Ejuke should have started if he wasn’t selfish in the last match.. SAM chuks have matured lately , as he doesn’t dribble or hold the ball for so long as he does before so it is good to start him. I would love to see onyekwre

I’m very sure onyekwuru will play today because he”s awesome in training

    • Beloved the Ejuke you are saying doesn’t even play as a right winger. It is Moses Simon that is keeping him on the bench. So sometimes a change of position can obstruct a player’s sense of judgement.

In any case, wahala nor dey. Don’t forget that Chukwueze has not played at his peak yet and having an Ejuke on the bench will motivate him.

Infact ehn, what Eguaveon has done in adding them Nwakali them,is that nobody in the first eleven can be complacent, something Rohr refused to do,even when we begged him.

Oya go and conquer Sudan. No feats, our players know the physical threat Sudan has.

      Fire go Eagles!!

please, have you a link for the match?

  • The line up is good but I think the important players should be rested for the second half after the strength of the Sudan players is weak and more easily manipulated but victory isn’t inevitable today. Se for the win

4-2-4 formation,I wish u guys good luck in today’s game, try and take ur chances so that the likes of mbah, and co can play the last match ,we need to see them first hand and rate them.i pray that ejuke can learn how to pass the ball to his team mate and stop being selfish,I honestly don’t know someone that has been a professional for over 3/4 years is still that selfish

  • Good line up, just would have loved Chukwueze be benched and be introduced around the 70th mins mark to run at the Sudanese defence.

  • Eguavoen has unveiled his squad for the Afcon 2022 sequel against Sudan in what is expected to be a sunny day at the Roumdé Adjia Stadium in Cameroon.

It represents a retention from the entire penultimate starting 11 that put the Egyptians to the sword in their first match,

We Nigeria fans yearned for a beautiful brand of football in the team’s first installment of this Afcon franchise in which Eguavoen’s foot soldiers failed to disappoint.

The Super Eagles were simply mind-blowing in the manner in which they brushed Egypt aside with delicate passes, purposeful pressings and deft defending. The only disappointment was their profligacy in front of goal.

Will we see a continuation of the same approach with their shortcomings adequately addressed?

We haven’t got long to wait.

Fasten your seat belt folks it promises to be a memorable ride 🙂

I expect a more than one goal victory for Nigeria today.

Lets get the job done on time and give the like of Peter, sadiq, ebuehi , ajayi and ndah , nwakali etc the chance to show they are super eagles material.. If they don’t perform we should stop wasting their slot and invite other playets waiting for the chance

Concerning waisting of chances, I think we are so lucky to have played Egypt in our first match. If it were against Sudan we were loosing those chances and the match ended 1-0, it wouldn’t have been a moral boosting encounter. From what we played in our first match, coach Eguavon will have opportunity to correct those errors going to Sudan match
    2. We did not see much of sanusi attacking prowess in the last match but going to this match we will see more of him since there is no Salah in this affair
