Ejuke: I’m More Connected With My Eagles Teammates Now

CSKA Moscow forward Chidera Ejuke says he is now more connected with his Super Eagles teammates.

Ejuke has been a revelation for the Eagles since breaking into the team.

The skillful forward has shown improvement which has seen him getting a starting shirt in some of the 2022 World Cup qualifiers.

And he admits getting connected more with his colleagues has really helped.

“I’m getting familiar with my teammates and I think that was really important for me,” he said on Brila FM Breakfast Show. “And now it’s like more connection with the team as well.

“With the teammates we understand each other which helps you play better

“We will stay collectively, play as a team and represent the country and do our best to win the games.”

Ejuke is expected to play a part in this month’s qualifiers against Liberia and Cape Verde.

Ejuke Lol… another star that all eyez will be on come Saturday aside Osi Bobo and Ighalo.

    • Oseodion Inegbenebor 2 years ago

With Ejuke, Chukwueze and Osibobo, Liberia is no game. Bring on Belgium!!!

  • Ejuke just restored the joy I used to have then whenever Super Eagles want to play and I saw Okocha’s name on the list.

    God bless Nigeria.

I am telling you my brother. He brings that kind of Okocha’s vibe to the team! But some one eyed people will think we are just overhyping the lad. I have said it and I will say it again there is nobody that is irreplaceable in a team. See Messi and Ronaldo that we all are hailing today, it might take time but after they are gone, a generation must surely produce another. Peace!!

You are right such players come once in a while, okocha, otega,Messi, nyemar, ezenmuo(ronaldinho) etc, ejuke is our newest revaluation believe u me cape varde never knew we had such a player,as d say d best form of defence is attack d coach should drop d garbage about Moses Simon n his drab style of football n use ejuke/chuks on d flanks their skills with keep our opponent fullbacks on their toes

    • Biodun Michael 2 years ago

Bro I support you fully, Rohr should use Ejuke on left flank and Chukwueze on the right flank.

      • you are acting as if you don’t know Rohr with Simon there and Iwobi back and of Course his Son Musa. Ejuke will be lucky to sniff 8 mins. Rohr na Basket coach

        • Tancosports 2 years ago

@ugo, Musa won’t start any Super eagles game when all the wingers are available. That’s not possible lol.

      • Oseodion Inegbenebor 2 years ago

Exactly my point, and with Osimhen leading the attack. I think under Coach Rohr, there a strong feeling that something good will happen and we might just be close to getting to at least the quarter finals in the WC.

@Chidi Ezemuo ronaldinho.lol… but seriously chukwueze and Ejuke on the flanks will be joy to watch.

That’s the player of the moment by any stretch. Ejuke reminds me of Jay Jay Okocha when we could be rest assured that even if the SE was down by 3 goals, the pendulum would be turned in our favor. Good luck as you acclimatize with your mates. Up up Nigeria.

  • Ejuke and SE players need to gel……SE players need to understand his movement and move with him….. Ejuke also needs to be involved more interms of minutes played…… Ejuke should also be given a playmaker’s role in SE……I mean a free role in midfield not restricting him to the wings……on a club level he needs to move to a top5 league and test himself among the best in the business.

@MONKEY POST 1 Bros that guy na ezenmuo u de see d magic him de do with ball,n d irony of it is that he learnt most of those tricks from okocha at psg

Brothers we just de talk about strikers n midfielders no one is talking about our defence him our defence na time bomb ooo wey de wait to explode

    • Sean T 2 years ago

@Chidi..mesef don talk am b4 anyone who think Balogun and Ekong are that reliable is a joker. Both of them can’t withstand formidable team in Africa. Their marking skills is not good, they’re not sharp & calculative enough to contain an average strikers not to talk of the likes of Salah, they both make wrong or opponent passes most times. Even there are times i dey fear if any of the 2 defenders hold ball because they don’t look convincing with balls on their legs. So i will advise our midfielder to avoid back passing unless their is no other choice else those guys will be rubbished at the backline

YOU ARE HIGHLY DELIGHTED TO WATCH ON FIELD. KEEP IMPROVING, WELL CONNECTED & KEEP SCORING GOALS.

  • Chima E Samuels 2 years ago

Ejuke is doing great but I also urge him to supply Osigoal passes to do the finishing after going past defenders.

  • We haven’t seen the real chidera, Nigerian- neymar! Wait until he gets his first goal for SE which will ease pressure off him. Chidera is phenomenal, a game changer, and a starter any day any time.
