Newcastle is the surprise of the round with 3 players in, Manchester City placed 2 and Aston Villa, Arsenal, Liverpool, Everton, Leicester and Chelsea also joined in the fun, for a total of 8 different clubs earning a spot in Gameweek 7 Dream Team.
Wesley (10 points) scored twice for Aston Villa against West Ham but couldn’t avoid defeat on his own, Alexandre Lacazette (10 points) started Arsenal’s comeback in an important home win and Gabriel Jesus (9 points) grabbed his starting opportunity and had a goal and an assist.
Backing up the offensive trio, we have our MVP Sterling (15 points), Mo Salah (12 points) with a brace versus Norwich, and Richarlison (10 points) who scored and participated with an assist in Everton’s close win.
The defensive line is made up of Lascelles (12 points), on the scoresheet in Newcastle’s win at St. James Park, Evans (12 points) was the MOTM in Leicester’s away win, Rose (9 points) added his fingerprint to a goal for the Magpies as well and Marcos Alonso (9 points) assisted Chelsea’s lone goal.
