The Honourable Minister of Sports Development, Senator John Owan Enoh has extended warm congratulations to Tobi Amusan for her extraordinary accomplishment in setting a new African women’s indoor record in the 60-meter hurdles at the Astana Indoor Meet in Kazakhstan.

Clocking an impressive 7.77 seconds, Amusan not only secured the victory but also etched her name in history by erasing the longstanding record of 7.82 seconds set by Glory Alozie in 1999.
