Burnley boss Vincent Kompany has revealed that it will be a big privilege to face Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp in this weekend’s Premier League clash.
He made this known in a chat with the club’s official website, where he stated that he’s relishing the challenge of facing Klopp.
He said, “It’s been one of the privileges of this league, facing all these great managers and seeing the quality of their work and the quality of their players. But at the same time, measuring yourself against it.

“It’s something I’m looking forward to again, for sure. Just from playing against his team, for a good chunk of that 20 years he’s been a manager, because it started in Germany for me when I was playing for Hamburg. Who he is as a person has always lived in every team he’s coached.
“That’s something I’ve seen for 20 years.”
He added: “I have to be honest, when you’re not the favourite and you’re travelling away, quite often it’s the other team that has to create the tempo and the momentum, so that’s a little bit of the difference.
“I’ve learned that not all my experiences as a player are necessarily valid travelling with Burnley as a manager. It’s not always the same.”
