Oghenekaro Etebo has joined Turkish second division side, Genclerbirligi on a two-year deal.
The club confirmed the signing on their X handle on Thursday.
Etebo joins as a free agent, having last played for Greek club Aris in May 2023.
This would be Etebo’s second stint in the Turkish Super Lig following his loan move to Galatasaray on 9 September 2020, for the 2020–21 season.
He played 29 times for Galatasaray as they finished in second place, missing out on the title to Beşiktaş on goal difference.
His last outing for the Super Eagles was in November 2022 in an international friendly game against Portugal which the latter won 4-0.
The game was part of Portugal’s preparation for the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup.
