Scotland midfielder Scot McTominay says he’s optimistic they are good enough to shock the Three Lions o England in Friday’s Euro 2020 clash.
McTominay, who is expected to face some of his Man United teammates, told The Sun in an interview that the team are battle-ready for the big task.
“There has to be belief, there has to be a confidence level that you can go to any team and play well against them, whether that’s England at Wembley or a different nation.

“You have to have that self-belief, that level of arrogance where we are more than suited to play on this stage and we’ve proved that on our journey to get here. We’ve had it tough. It’s not been easy.
“We need to enjoy the moment and I feel we were unfortunate on Monday, we conceded a goal which could not have come at a worse time but we can take positives from Monday which can help us.”
