Bendel Insurance media officer Kehinde Osagiede has stated that the team holds no fear of playing any opponent, home or away, in the ongoing Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.
Osagiede made the remarks ahead of the Benin Arsenal’s away fixture against Abia Warriors, who are chasing their first home win of the campaign.

Bendel Insurance sits fourth on the league table with 9 points from their opening matches, while Abia Warriors occupy 14th place with 5 points.
Speaking with Completesports.com,Osagiede expressed confidence that his side could pull off an away upset if the hosts are caught off guard.
“Our plan at Bendel Insurance is to do better than our current position,” Osagiede said.

“You should understand that Abia Warriors are looking for their first victory at home, and we are also looking for our first victory away. So it’s going to be a very difficult game because matches between Abia Warriors and Bendel Insurance have always been very tight, and in most cases, they end in a draw.”
He added, “Our team is very solid this time around, and I don’t think we have any issue playing home or away against any team. If Abia Warriors are not ready enough, we may shock them at home. It’s either victory or a draw against Abia Warriors for us.”
