Enyimba matched an unwanted feat after losing 4-2 away to Katsina United in Friday’s EUROMATCH NPFL fixture.
After enjoying back-to-back wins, Enyimba were brought back to earth following their latest defeat.
According to OptaNigeria, the defeat means Enyimba conceded four league goals in a match for the first time since a 4-0 loss to Plateau United in January 2020.
The Aba Elephants went into the clash on the back of wins against Shooting Stars (4-2) and Plateau United (2-0).
The former NPFL champions will hope to return to winning ways when they host Warri Wolves next Sunday.
