Enyimba have received a major boost ahead of their Nigeria Premier Football League ,NPFL, Matchday Six clash against Plateau United, with key duo Joel Ezra and Utum Godswill returning to training and available for selection.
Ezra had been sidelined for some time due to illness. The versatile defender made 27 appearances for the People’s Elephant last season and could return to the squad for Sunday’s encounter.
Goalkeeper Godswill has also recovered from an injury that kept him out for the past three weeks and is back in training.

Both players are now available for selection as Enyimba prepare to host Plateau United at the Enyimba International Stadium in Aba on Sunday.
Emmanuel Deutsch’s side will be looking to build on their impressive 4-2 home victory over Shooting Stars in midweek, a result that secured their first NPFL win of the season.
Despite the victory, Enyimba currently sit 19th on the league table with four points from six matches and will be hoping to climb the standings with another positive result against Plateau United.
