Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund celebrated Atalanta’s shock Europa League victory over Liverpool on Thursday night.
A brace from Gianluca Scamacca and a late effort from Mario Pasalic were enough to earn the win for Atalanta.
Hojlund was a former Atalanta player where he made his name as one of Europe’s top young talents.
It’s that allegiance which led to Hojlund taking to Instagram to celebrate Atalanta’s 3-0 victory over Liverpool.

Sharing on his story, via talkSPORT Hojlund posted the scoreline from Anfield with the caption: “Mola mia,” which is a Bergamo saying which translates to ‘never give up’.
Reacting to Liverpool’s first home defeat in nearly 14 months, Klopp said it was a really bad game.
“We started well, really well and then didn’t continue. They broke, they scored and we just lost the plot a little bit. We were here and there in midfield, I didn’t recognise it.
“It was really strange but in football terms it was tactical discipline. There was a big chance for Darwin (Nunez) and then it was unlucky with Harvey, but they scored and we kept playing into their hands.”
