FC Koln have been linked with a move for Swansea defender Mike van der Hoorn but his asking price could be a stumbling block.
The Billy Goats are keen to strengthen further before the Bundesliga kicks off after they secured promotion back into the top flight last term and Dutchman Van der Hoorn has emerged as a target.
The 26-year-old, who scored the Swans’ winner in their 2-1 victory over Hull City in the Championship on Saturday, has been linked with a move away from the Liberty Stadium throughout the summer but Swansea are keen to keep hold.
The Welsh club are reported to have set an asking price of £10million for Van der Hoorn and it remains to be seen as to whether or not FC Koln will be prepared to match that figure, although Swansea may soften their stance if it becomes clear the defender is keen to move on.
