The agent of West Ham midfielder Edimilson Fernandes says his player could depart permanently for Fiorentina in the summer.
The eight-time Swiss capped midfielder has spent the season in Italy with Serie A outfit Fiorentina, where he has scored twice in 28 appearances.
The 23-year-old signed for the Hammers for £5.5million from Sino in the summer of 2016 but was never a regular fixture in the line-up and was allowed to depart on loan in the summer.
Now, it seems a permanent move may be on the horizon, with a £7million fee clause having been inserted into his deal to trigger a full-time switch.

And, his agent Franco Moretti, has told Italian publication Viola News that Fernandes is happy at the club and would like to make the move permanently. “The boy is very happy with his experience in Fiorentina, he is very happy to be in Italy,” he said. “At the end of the season we will meet with the owners and the coach and we will talk about the boy’s future, trying to take the best decision for everyone. “With the new coach Montella there was immediately a good relationship. The boy is very happy.”Copyright © 2020 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
