World football governing body FIFA has praised Super Falcons and Paris FC goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie for her penalty saving heroics.
Nnadozie continued her impressive penalty saving feat, as she inspired Paris FC to defeat Wolfsburg 2-0 and secure a first-ever UEFA women’s Champions League group stage spot.
With Paris FC 1-0 ahead in Wednesday’s second leg, second round game in Germany, Nnadozie stopped a 61st minute penalty to maintain her side’s lead.
The French club went on to win 5-3 on aggregate despite the reverse fixture ending 3-3 in France.

In the first round, Nnadozie stopped two spot kicks in the shootout win against Arsenal.
Commenting on her exploits, FIFA posted photos of Nnadozie’s penalty saves against Canada at the 2023 FIFA women’s World Cup and against Wolfsburg, with the caption:” @Nadoziechiamaka

Nnadozie will hope to carry her impressive form to the Super Falcons when they face Ethiopia in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games qualifiers.
