Nigeria’s Flying Eagles were held to a 1-1 draw by Burkina Faso in their 12th All Africa Games men’s football first Group A encounter at the Stade Hassan Moulay, Rabat on Friday, reports Completesports.com.
Ahmad Ghali opened scoring for Nigeria in the 58th minute from a Abubakar Ibrahim corner kick.
The Burkinabe equalised in the 72nd minute despite playing second fiddle for most of the game.
The Flying Eagles had other chances to win the game but were let down by their poor finishing in front of goal.
Paul Aigbogun’s boys will take on the Amajita of South Africa in their next game on Tuesday at the same venue.

Another round of struggle has started with Paul Aigbogun and his men. SA beat them last time and they’re meeting them again next to in effect decide FE fate to progress. I hope NFF will finally make a decision on this coach after this AAG. No one is even really following cos he’s in charge. That’s a loud vote of no confidence.
That one na team.i Dont know were the coach gets his own player.maybe those boys are not Nigeriana
it’s quite obvious that that coach has nothing to offer he should be allowed to continue his drinking spree in England a coach that can not raise an average team is so shameful this man is just a failure and should be shown the exit door at once

Irreparable harm is being done to our football but those in charge din’t care
This man after rubbish team he took to under 20 last year the NFa still retain him to handle all African games. This Paul or whatever you call lacks technicalninputs to lead flying eagles. Why are we dragging our football backward. This man does not have any thing to offer.
Have you heard!!!! Sampson Siasia has been banned for life by FIFA. For bribery. Just imagine the rubbish. Fined Chf50000. Those calling for the sack of Rohr and Siasia to replace him will end their nonsense now.
Sambisa fc part 2 the saga continues
With the kind of name am seeing here nothing to come out of this Team. Am seeing the reciprocal of this year u20 world cup.
Mad bastard who called himself aigbogun and mad imbecile amaju pinnick who can’t sack him as Nigeria u20 coach. The idiot can’t even raise a team and he is repeating another set of RUBBISH players he previously selected and failed with
Aigbogun is not just a corrupt bribe taking madman and a failure but also a blabber
Fire that man and hire Amuneke
Aigbogun have never been a good coach,I wonder the criteria used to hire him..he is not a coach .
He may not be a good coach but the quality of the players also matter.
That’s what you get when you as a commander go to war with wrong men. What befall the under20 at both nations and world cup is due to wrong selection. Our under17 is already treading the same part as we could see their poor performance in their nation’s cup. There is going to be wrong outing in under17 world cup if the coach use the same team that he used to qualify for the world cup.
South Africa will want to use this team to shine as revenge for their loss to Nigeria in just concluded nations cup. The team must do everything possible not to loss to SA.
