Les Bleues of France head coach, Laurent Bonadei is expecting a difficult test against the Super Falcons of Nigeria.
The two teams will clash in a friendly at the Stade Raymond Kopa, Angers on Saturday (today). Kick-off is 9.30pm Nigeria time.
It will be the fourth-ever meeting between both teams, with France winning all three previous encounters.
Despite his side’s perfect record against Nigeria, Bonadei is however not expecting an easy match against the West Africans.

“Nigeria was at the Olympics where they finished last in Group C. Spain could only beat them 1-0,” Bonadie told L’équipe.
“Also at the World Cup, England defeated them 4-2 on penalties after extra time.
“It’s a solid team, with powerful and fast players. It’s a tough team to stop.
“You will have to attack them while being vigilant about the transitions. We must take advantage of their imbalances, too, on counter-pressing.”

France won all the previous meetings yet some Hoodlums are waiting to crucify Magudu if Nigeria looses because he is a black man. Yeye people inferiority at its peak I just dey observe soso nonsense since the release of the squad list.
Hahahaha…Mr Wall Gecko…you have a day off from scarvenging the streets today.
Are you already making excuses in anticipation of the drubbing of your Madugu and his attacking tactics tonight…LMAOoo.
Sorry is that not a display of inferirority complex by you already…LMAOoo.
Since the news of this friendly with France broke, you have been as silent as a graveyard on Madugu’s “attacking tactics”…..LMAOoo
Oh, I see. France is not like one of those teams that struggle toqualify for AWCON ey….LMAOoo
You will tell us if we weren’t beating the likes of Algeria and Ethiopia silly before you came here bragging about Madugu’s attacking tactics for defeating teams that barely qualify for afcon…LMAOoo
It is time to meet a world top 10 female football team now, cheap illiterate has suddenly remembered that we have never defeated France before….LMAOoo.
If you like make excuses for Madugu to the moon and back…..we must see his attacking tactics today…LMAOoo. He must attack France the same way he has been attacking CapeVerde and Ethiopia….LMAOoo
Anything less than 3 goals against France is unacceptable.
He must show us how we should be attacking teams that are on the same level as us and higher, beginning from today’s game.
Shove your silly excuses down the sewers already…LMAOoo. We are not buying any of your crap.
No, I choose to differ. Lol.
France coach is saying Spain could only beat us 1 nil and we lost to England on penalties. Coach still thinks Waldrum is in charge so Madugu will pull an element of surprise today with attacking masterclass. That’s why the guy above is confident. Hehehe.
We must see masterclass football tonight because France is using a wrong curriculum. After all, coach said the team must take advantage of our imbalance in counter pressing – what Waldrum was vilified for.
I want to see the troupes that will go toe to toe with France tonight. Shebi we no dey counter press before lol.
Ah, it’s a new dawn for female football with attacking masterclass
If we did it against Algeria 80 places below us, let’s show France, a top 10 team what we couldn’t muster against their fellow top 10 teams like Brazil, Spain and Japan only 5 months ago at the Olympics.
We go see Chima superiority complex tonight. I am salivating.
For context, we lost 1-0 against World champions Spain; 1-0 against South American powerhouse Brazil; and when we needed goals, a respectable 3-1 defeat to Japan, Asian giants by “having imbalances in counter pressing” only 5 months ago.
France just changed their coach like we deceive ourselves we’ve done. I am braced for end to end action tonight with minimal saves from Nnadozie because the team who counter presses always have the ball. Hehehe.
Oh, South Africa, Zambia, Morocco, Cameroon, Ghana are waiting in the wings for domination. We go learn sha.
We watch tonight
@Chima, it’s not about a black man been the coach, but the SF selection process have been hijacked, just as the nff and agents have done to SE. Madugu possibly wanting the job permanently, allow the team selection process to be hijacked.
When it comes to SF, I have mentioned on this platform that Omagbemi should be brought back and possible assisted by Mercy Udoh and or Perpetual.
Those nff crooks are expert is setting up the Nigerian coaches to fail.
We saw how Waldrum put his foot down and did not allow his players list to be hijacked during the last world cup and those nff crooks in return prevented his assistant(former USWNT assistant coach) to team up with Waldrum in Australia. Still the woman worked remotely for Waldrum as a scout.
Our coaches need to learn not to be desperate.
It doesn’t matter if France have defeated us one million times , there can always be one win for us too against them.
Other African nations are catching up while we are stagnant
Thank God there is someone after all that reason along the same line with me. Florence Omagbemi with Mercy Akhide Udoh, Nkwocha, and Maureen, with Ann as Keeper trainer, will be our best combination.
They know women’s football, after all, Florence has been in the Fifa study group on women’s football for a while.
