Very HUMBLE opinion backed up with FAITH

Shows that you have respect for your OPPONENT…

    • So what is the wrong with being optimistic?

If eguavon had said this thing now,u will still call him parrot.u are just an unpatriotic fellow

      • MONKEY POST 2 years ago

Oga your PAROT of a COACH talks like 5 times a WEEK!

        This COACH barely talks.

This is his first SPEECH since he was appointed.

        And you are comparing? SMH…

        • Black stars 2….Nija.0

        • @MonkeyPost. Do you reason before you post or you are just filled with hate for your country and the coach? So you expect Nigerian news tabloid to always post comments made by a Ghanaian Coach or you think it’s every time they would have access to his talks. Even if they do why should they focus on him. Even if Eguavoen coughs it will be reported here so stop commenting like a child. I wonder how old you truly are

This guy na really monkey, he hardly post anything reasonable… be like who get brain issue.

  • Mr Otto you and your boy doest not have what it takes to beat the super eagles so stop been optimistic of what you know can never happen

    • MONKEY POST 2 years ago

What happened to TUNISIA that never had what it took to beat you guys?

You people have not learnt your lesson?

All these bragging and boastful comments…SMH.

        *takes*

      • @MONKEY POST: Hey, it is the right of FANS to brag, that’s sport for you! Which season tickets holders go to a football match expecting to lose a game? Even at 4 nil down, some RM fans believed in a comeback victory against Barcelona! THATS WHAT HARD FANS GO….they brag, and believe in their team.

Ghana believes, and is quietly bragging, Nigeria believing and expressive about it.

Let’s enjoy the game, may the best team QUALIFY!

      • Odion 2 years ago

As people are bragging here the Ghanaians are also bragging, nothing u can do about that most important things are the players, they are focused and humbled to get the job done
Secondly all the talk of eguavoen was only talking about his own team he never even bother or underrate the opponent, so does that liken to be a parrot

  • The complexity of the game is what makes it interesting, Nigerian and Ghana both boast of talented players. it is important to note what comes at play for this qualification, I would like to point out that the games culture have changed over the years , this is not a time were you wish and pray for your team to win if they do not meet the technical qualities that a team needs. At the moment Nigeria have arguably good professional class strikers that can easily beat any African team , they have presented their likely squad and they are going to use players in form and convinced of giving a good account of themselves, whilst Ghana also have players that have proven record but on a different level, still have not released their players names, Ghana reaching to this height in this qualification was full of riddles, petitions by their last opponents [South Africa]it is not easy for them to put up a strong team and a new team now will most likely start good but will regress as the games goes due to lack of time needed to be effectively coordinated, The stats always show Nigeria to come out full in the first leg, first game , first Match after along spell as their are a lot to show and gain, I will say the pressure will be on Ghana to contain the game and hold forth. However I am predicting 1-0 full time in Nigeria’s Favor.

U ll eat a humble pie!! The pressure is on Nigeria to qualify afterall aren’t u the ones boasting that u have the players to beat us easily home and away?

What a lot of Nigerians aren’t saying is this, will our players turn up for the party?

This is the most important question

      • @MonkeyPost. Do you reason before you post or you are just filled with hate for your country and the coach? • @selfmade This is the first time I am seeing a logical and sensible post from you without having to resort to verbal vituperations or taking a bath in the gutters of Accra

      • Machaveli 2 years ago

        @SELF-MADE KING:

I admire and applaud your love, patriotism and desire to see your country Ghana come top in the coming footie encounter between the Stars vs the Eagles. You should bear in mind that insofar you think your Stars would win so also is the average Naija fans love for their country/Eagles to win. Therefore, I implore you to tone the rhetoric down.At end the the day, it’s a football match not war. These two giants of African football am sure have unqualified respect for each other in this game and many other aspects of human endeavours. Let the better side win and go on to represent Africa in Qatar creditably.

    • Professional and thoughtful view.

  • The players currently in camp at the Alisa Hotel are: Jojo Wollacot, Thomas Partey, Christopher Antwi-Adjei, Dennis Korsah, Edmund Addo, Andy Yiadom, Joseph Aidoo, Gideon Mensah, Yaw Yeboah, Alexander Djiku, Majeed Waris, Felix Afena-Gyan, Joseph Paintsil, Danlad Ibrahim, Fatawu Issahaku and Dauda Mohammed.

I they were going to make this known one minute to kick off on Friday?

    • Their strikers for the day will be Afeyna-Gyan (Roma FC) and Abdul Majid Warris (RC Strasbourg).

Jordan will only play the return leg in Nigeria.

      • You don’t know what is about to hit you! Gyan, warris, yeboah, issahaku, kudus, partey. Nigerian go suffer

          Lol..
Na so Dede Ayew dey boast, calling teams small team until you were shamefully bundled out by Comoros..

          • Yaw opare 2 years ago

Same way you boasted and was humiliated by CAR at your own backyard. CAR can never beat black stars in kumasi likewise Nigeria. In any case you are also boasting you have better players and will beat us. Oga everybody is allowed to talk “soccer rubbish” until you are hit by something strange.

Pravo Mr. Addo with this declartion you will press on your team so this grants Super Eagles pushing to do their best at Baba Yara stadium; Super Eagles have changed since past time when Ghana was surpassing SE; SE have been organized than an old team; don’t think SE like old team whitch you were defeating.
