Ghanaian Female Music Star Vows To Go Naked If Black Stars Beat Portugal 3-0

Ghanaian Female Music Star Vows To Go Naked If Black Stars Beat Portugal 3-0

Top Ghanaian musician, Sister Afia, has vowed to go naked if the Black Stars beat Portugal 3-0 in their Qatar 2022 World Cup opener on Thursday.

Otto Addo-led side will hope to become the first African team to record a win at the ongoing World Cup.

So far, Tunisia and Morocco each have a point following goalless draws against Denmark and Croatia respectively.

And ahead of the game, Sister Afia stated in a tweet monitored by ghanasoccernet.com, that if the Black Stars win 3-0, she will record a live naked pool video of herself.

“If Ghana score 3-0 against Portugal, on Thursday I will go NAKED and drop my self in a pool ON LIVE 😂😂😂 so God help me 🙏🙏🙏”, she tweeted on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Black Stars defender Denis Odoi believes they can draw inspiration from Saudi Arabia’s remarkable victory over Argentina.

“Of course, seeing what Saudi Arabia have achieved just proves that you have to play all the matches. It’s not because you are a smaller country than your opponent that everything is a foregone conclusion.

“And then, based on my experience, this season in the Champions League, nobody would have given us a chance to go to the round of 16. And yet, after four matches, we qualified. So my takeaway is that when you play as a team, you can do anything.”

You alreay know this is impossible(Ghana achieving this).Apart from this, going naked and falling into a pool is easy. You should have said going naked and climbing a tall tree with many people under the tree or going naked and visiting a market. lolz

Competition come with uncertainties. It’s difficult to rightly predict outcomes of games or eventual winners. That’s why teams like Saudi Arabia will get an unlikely victory against giants like Argentina.Im sure if it was a friendly Argentina will decimate the Saudis.
This surprise results happens in English FA cup where teams from the championship even lower sometimes win games they don’t have business winning against top premiership teams which comes with a big headlines in the British tabloids.
Meanwhile, today is a special day we are all waiting for I’m not going to deny it haha.GHANA v PORTUGAL!Ghana better win or draw to give my mate @Selfmade,@Yaw and all Ghanaian fans who have made Nigeria home through this platform CSN respites otherwise they won’t have anywhere to hide from rival fans who are warming up waiting for the barrage of attacks against our noisy neighbours haha.
Ironically despite the huge rivalry between the two nations many Nigerian fans will be rooting for Ghana and I hope to see a good football from a firm and resolute Ghanaian side full of determination, grit to stand toe to toe against their huge opponents full of superstars.
Apparently, the pains of not qualifying for the world cup is gone after a few games. Most Nigerians are enjoying watching the world cup as they would a premiership game or Napoli against Juventus or the European champions league it’s now fun at least the heartbreak we normally suffer after an early exit in the first or second round won’t haunt us,so it can be more fun and relaxing when not participating.
Today is the D-day,3pm it’s GHANA v PORTUGAL!

Just see the nasty statement she made. How can GOD even allow us win with such a dirty mind among one of our own. You should have rather said you’d share something nice and delightful if Ghana wins and not claiming of being naughty

  • Funnily, I am enjoying the world cup without Nigerian participation because it comes with less tension.

I remember when we missed back to back Afcons between 2015 and 2017, I had somewhat adjusted to the tournament without the Super Eagles. It then seemed strange but pleasant and ultimately rewarding when we made our return in 2019.

I do hope the Super Eagles make a return to the world cup but my hope in this set of players, the coach and the NFF is waning.

Back to today’s game, I expect no upsets here. Portugal should live up to expectations as one of the big kahunas in this tournament. The Ghanaian national team definitely does not have a fan in me. I think Ghanaian fans a wonderful people and a part in me will be pleased for them if their team follows in the footsteps of Saudi Arabia and Japan.

But the match between Spain and Costa Rica is the one that excites me. A similar outcome here from fellow Europeans Portugal will send me to the Pub in wild jubilation!

@DEO NICE WRITE UP But PLEASE next time in your ARTICLE don’t FAIL to give CREDIT to GENERAL ROAH for QUALIFYING us for AFCON after BACK to BACK FAILURE to QUALIFY…

I think you believe in Portugal because they trashed you 4-0. You will be hugely disappointed

    • Mr. Badge,

I will be disappointed you say. I think you are labouring under a misconception. Nothing could be further from the truth.

I don’t have a stake in the matter. I’d Ghana wins, well done to the Black Stars and their fans. If they lose as widely predicted, then the match would have gone to script.

And should it go to script, all observers (like myself) will have the right to offer our comments.

The world cup is for elite teams and not rookies. Hopefully Portugal will prove that to be the case – just my view.

So since NIGERIA didn’t qualified, Nigeria is among the rookie teams? lol

      • As far as the 2022 Qatar World Cup is concerned, Nigeria is even far too poor to be regarded as a rookie.

At least, you have to be in the tournament in the first instance to be regarded as one of the tournament’s lowly ranked outsiders like Ghana.

        Harsh but true.

Rankings do not play ball. In 2006 Czech was number 2 or so on fifa rankings, they got beaten by Ghana and could not qualify from their group. What makes Portugal so special, they are simply overhyped. Just admit it, you wish Portugal beat Ghana which is impossible

        • Mr Badge,

I wish Nigeria were in this world cup which is impossible. I do hope the better more polished team wins today between Portugal and Ghana.
