Cyriel Dessers was on target as Panathinaikos secured a 2-1 away victory over Levadiakos in a Greek Super League encounter on Monday night.
Panathinaikos made a flying start to the contest, taking the lead after just three minutes when Giannis Kosti inadvertently turned the ball into his own net.
Levadiakos’ task became more difficult around the hour mark after Panagiotis Simelidis was shown a straight red card, reducing the hosts to 10 men.

The forward doubled Panathinaikos’ advantage just minutes after coming on, continuing his impressive start to the season.
Dessers has now scored four goals in four appearances across all competitions for the Greens this term.
