Arsenal manager Unai Emery is reportedly keen to bring Paris Saint-Germain full-back Thomas Meunier to the Emirates this summer. The duo worked together while Emery was in charge at the Parc des Princes and he is thought to be keen on a reunion with the Belgium international stopper.
Meunier stated last week that his future was up in the air, when saying: “The club and management know I would like to finish my contract at PSG or why not extend it. If that does not happen, we will see what is possible and we will go elsewhere.”
According to France Football, Meunier is on the Gunners’ radar but is also a reported target for Manchester United. PSG are said to want around £26.5million for the defender but it remains to be seen if he would move to the Emirates if Arsenal fail to win the Europa League and a spot in next seasons’ Champions League.
