Burnley keeper Tom Heaton has not given up hope of forcing his way back into the England set-up after his successful return to action.
Heaton missed the start of the season through injury but has been fit since around Christmas and won his place back in the side ahead of Joe Hart after the home defeat to Everton on Boxing Day.

Since his return to the Clarets’ first team, their form has undergone a renaissance and they have gone five games unbeaten to move three points clear of the relegation zone.
With England’s Euro 2020 qualifiers looming on the horizon, the 32-year-old’s name has been mentioned in line with a possible return and he is keen to get involved again.
He said: “Obviously I harbour ambitions to be back involved. “I’ve always had a massive hunger for that stuff, I can’t shy away from that. “But there is a lot of water to go under the bridge yet and I’m very conscious of not getting carried away.”
