‘How Many Opponents Does It Take To Stop Ejuke?’ –CSKA Moscow Ask; Russian Fans Reply

Russian Premier League giants CSKA Moscow’s exciting forward Chidera Ejuke no doubt is one of the most talented player to come out of Nigeria, and his name is reverberating in his country and Russia for the good reasons, Completesports.com reports.

Due to his skill and tricks, Ejuke is often compared to legendary Super Eagles star midfielder Austin Jay Jay Okocha.

The 23-year-old is known for his solo runs during games, taking on opponents and mesmerizing them with his footwork thereby leaving them on his trail. This was evident during the Super Eagles’ 2022 World Cup qualifier away to Central African Republic in Cameroon earlier this month.

So far this season, Ejuke has netted four goals, had two assists in 12 league games for CSKA and has won back-to-back Player of the Month awards in the current campaign. Also, he is gradually becoming a regular for the Super Eagles, after appearing in their last three games in the 2022 World Cup qualifiers.

No wonder CSKA are celebrating Ejuke, who is regarded as one of their best signings in recent times by engaging their fans, who flood to their Instagram handle to react to a question posed by the club concerning their Nigerian star.

“How many opponents does it take to stop @chideraejukejr10?,” CSKA Moskow posted, on their Instagram page on Monday, with Ejuke photos, following the Nigerian’s sterling performance and a goal feat in their 3-1 home win against Krylya Sovetov Samara in a Russian Premier League game last Saturday.

Below are the excerpts from the Russian fans’ reactions in response to the question.

12h _aieai_: Ejuke – power

    Ejuke is a barca material

  • I mean look at a player who is showing the Brain dead Rohr and Pinnick that hey look. I am the new Musa and I am better. He is playing in CSKA Moscow, a club where Musa had the most successful period in his club career. showing us that He is as good as Musa was in his prime. Not only that he is still second or third best in SE, behind Chukwueze.

Then we still have players like Lookman and co Dennis. Who can also arguably claim to be better than Musa was in his prime. But this Country is still holding on to the Musa image of over 9 years ago.

another Question when Musa destroyed Argentina in 2014 he was having a similar season to the one Ejuke is currently having, and the Ejuke I saw against CAR and Cape Verde. Man if he has 3 more games in a SE shirt there is no telling what form he will hit for SE definitely a performance like the one Musa had against Argentina Ejuke can repeat and even better that. That is just Ejuke..

But we still have, Osimhen, Iheanacho, Chukuweze, Iwobi, Lookman (possibly), Awoniyi, Dennis(definitely) I can go on and on. these guys are Miles ahead of Musa

WHat is the Need for Musa. why not allow Ejuke and Co time to gel. when Ejuke is showing even more promise than Musa did in 2013/2014. Drop Musa call our top players in Europe give ekong the Armband. and let us stop dragging this team back wards

Why take away his divine Destiny.

If this is not a definition of taking our football backwards then Please somebody tell me what is.

@ Ugo Iwunze I can see that you are a retard judging from the way you comment. You lack decorum and no home training at all.

Rohr and Pinnick are old enough at least to be your uncle but you come to a popular media forum to call them “Brain dead”. Tell us who in your entire family generation has achieved as much success as any of these 2 noble men that you labelled “Brain dead”???

Am sure you don’t even have enough mental capacity to know what being brain dead means, only a mentally retarded Down’s syndrome child like you will reason the way you do on this forum while people always try to condone you simply because we know you’re not worth an argument.

So Ejuke is far better than Musa because he plays for same CSKA that Musa played for? Go back to your history book and you will find out that Musa broke into the SE team at age 18 while playing for both U20 and Senior team (SE) concurrently while your better Ejuke never made the cut at both U17 and U20 Team.

So every time there’s a new prospect, the older and more experienced player must be dropped just to accommodate the younger prospect without introducing him gradually into the team and ensure his consistency and that he blends seamlessly with the philosophy of the team.

Guy you really need to reset your brain with an ECT (Electroconvulsive therapy)for you to be able to dialogue appropriately on this forum.

Ejuke!!!!!!!!!!!!Hahahahahahahahahaha I laff in Russia. Okay… Make I no just talk sha.Make I just comment my reserve.

  • Ejuke is what SE needs now……I know he is already part of the team but he is not fully blended into the team yet…….SE players need to understand his movement……SE players need to understand his runs……SE players need to anticipate his output…… Ejuke needs to blend with the attack of SE for his potentials to fully manifest in SE…….Watch him at CSKA and see that his team mates don’t just stand and ask him to pass the ball to them……..They run with him instead……they allow him initiate the attack……they allow him do the transition for them…..They always profit from the end product of his dribbles……But in SE everyone stands still and ask him to pass the ball to them……No understanding between him and his SE team mates and that is what we need to work on now…….But we are focused on bringing back an old and out of pace player because he has money to throw around….smh

Yet some clueless persons says he dribbles too much.let them keep inviting musa them go tire soon.
