Guy, did you watch the match? Our major problem is not players performance, but the country’s inability to provide good pitch for the team. That pict is only fit for street football which our guys are not used to. I tell you, on a better pitch the team would have done better. Most African teams are used to poor football pitches, while reverse is the case for our players that ply their trade in Europe with top notch pitches. Imagine the struggle to control the ball as it bounces here and there. The advantage was on the away team that have better experience with such playing surface. So, the campaign should be directed towards our FA who could provide suitable playing facility for our team. If you had watched Morocco Vs South Africa you would see the difference. It’s time to hold the FA responsible for Eagles poor performance.
